Our bathtub is made of 4MM pure acrylic, Stainless steel frame and choose "LX" pump which with CE, UL and SAA certificate. Each bathtub must be pass water test 24 hours without leaking. Then package.

Q1 : What is your terms of delivery ?
A: EXW, FOB, (Huangpu, Shenzhen , Foshan) are available .
A: Normally our MOQ is 1 set/sets each item.

A: Normally withtin20 to 35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the order quantity and item.
Q4: What's your sample policy?
A: Samples are available, sample fee and and freight need to confirmed
Q5: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit paid in advance, 70% balance before delivery or against copy of B/L .and L/C, D/P, Western union are acceptable as well.
Q6: How long is your product warranty?
A: 5years for our massage bathtub body, 3years for electronics, but we have continuous support for our long-term customers.
Q7: Do you have certificate for your product?
A: Yes, we have CE, RoHS, ISO9JOYEE New Listing spa bath outdoor With New Arrival:2008 certificate, and our CE certificate was tested by TUV company.
Q8: What will you do if there is something wrong with product?
A: First, pls send us photos or videos so that we can confirm with our supplier to avoid the same problem later.
Second, we will match the replacement parts in the next order, we can also send you parts ASAP if you are urgent.
