A $7.5 million Hartland mansion just hit the market and boasts a variety of indoor and outdoor luxuries.

Built in 2016, the over-10,000-square-foot home at 6402 N. Chenequa Lane rests on 2.2 acres along Beaver Lake. It was designed by Milwaukee's Vetter Denk Architects. It borders Chenequa Country Club.

There are essentially two, three-story sections of the home that are connected. Both have views overlooking the lake. In total there are eight bedrooms. Two are in the guest house portion that includes a full kitchen. The other six are in the main house, each with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom's bathroom has lake views, a soaking tub and a large glass shower.

There are also three decks that overlook the lake and a three-car garage.

While the home boasts many amenities and features, its proximity to the lake is its biggest draw. There is 350 feet of frontage. The home is just 50 feet away from the shoreline where there are two docks.

"You can't be that close to the lake anymore," said Kathleen Traudt of Tweeden Baranowski & Associates with First Weber Realtors, which has the listing. "The reason it is is because it was the result of a family home that was there. They used the same footprint which ... is how you have these views."

Water access is important, Traudt said.

"Beaver Lake doesn't have a public boat launch," she said. "It has a public landing so you can bring a small kayak or small fishing boat, but you can't get motorized vessels into the lake. Houses here can."

Inside the home are myriad other amenities. There is a full-service bar, a home theater that seats nine people and a sauna that can be accessed from the inside and outside.
